摘要：本文主要介紹了飛利浦電子技術（上海）有限公司采用安科瑞智能電力儀表及Acrel-3000電能管理系統對配電監測系統進行改造，通過總線型組網方式，把數據上傳至后臺，進行智能化組網。系統實現了分散式采集和集中控制管理的智能化、數字化、網絡化電能管理。

Abstract: This article introduces the application of Acrel-3000 power management system in the power distribution monitoring system.Through the bus-type networking mode, the data is uploaded to the background for intelligent networking. The system realizes the intelligent, digital and networked electric energy management of distributed collection and centralized control management.

　　飛利浦電子技術有限公司電能管理系統針對高、低壓配電監測改造設計，通過Acrel-3000電能管理系統，為用戶提供一套*、實用的用電管理、分析工具。提供實時及歷史數據分析、對比功能，以發現能源消耗過程和結構中存在的問題，建立企業能耗評估、管理體系，實現合理用電、節約用電，提高企業能源效率水平。

Acrel-3000 electric energy management system provides users with a set of advanced and practical electric power management and analysis tools. 　　Acrel-3000型電能管理系統對變配電系統進行分散數據采集和集中監控管理。對配電系統的二次設備進行組網，通過計算機和通訊網絡將分散的配電所的現場設備連接為一個有機的整體，實現電網運行的遠程監控和集中管理。
